Subscriptions

How do I find and manage my McDug subscription?

Scroll to the bottom of our website and select Manage My Subscription, or sign in to your McDug account and choose Manage My Subscription from the account menu.

How do I sign in?

Use the email address associated with your subscription. Shopify will email you a one-time sign-in code, so there's no password to remember. If you can't find the message, check your junk folder and make sure you've entered the correct email address.

Can I change my next delivery date or frequency?

Open Manage My Subscription, choose your active subscription and review the delivery-date and frequency options shown. Save any changes and check the updated schedule. If an order is already being processed, contact us promptly.

Can I change my recipe or the amount I order?

Open your subscription to check the available product and quantity options. If the change you want isn't shown, email us and we'll help.

Can I pause or cancel?

Check the options available within your subscription portal and the terms of your subscription. If you can't make the change you need, contact us before your next order is processed.

What if I can't see my subscription?

First check that you've signed in using the same email address used for your subscription. If it still doesn't appear, email hello@mcdugnutrition.com and we'll help you find it.

Orders & Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, check your dispatch email for tracking details. You can also view order information in your McDug customer account.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges and any applicable location surcharges are shown at checkout before you pay.

What if my delivery is late or there's a problem?

Please contact us at hello@mcdugnutrition.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll investigate and help.

Can I change an order I've just placed?

Get in touch as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once an order is being prepared or dispatched.

Which McDug range is right for my dug?

Simply Good offers practical, good-value complete recipes; Nourish is our grain-free range; Nourish Plus features recipes with 65% named animal ingredients and selected superfoods; and Health & Wellness offers targeted nutrition options. Not sure? Just ask us.

What's the difference between Nourish and Nourish Plus?

Both ranges offer grain-free choices. Nourish Plus recipes feature 65% named animal ingredients together with selected superfood ingredients. The best choice depends on your dog's age, preferences and individual needs.

How should I introduce a new food?

Introduce the new recipe gradually, mixing increasing amounts with your dog's current food over around a week or longer if your dug has a sensitive tummy. If your dog has an ongoing medical condition, seek veterinary advice.

What if my dog has allergies or digestive problems?

Our Health & Wellness range includes recipes designed for particular nutritional needs. Persistent itching, digestive upset or suspected allergies should be assessed by your vet; food alone may not be the answer.

What are McDug Woofs?

Woofs are part of our Clan McDug Rewards programme. Visit the rewards page to see how you can earn and use them.

Can I use Woofs with a subscription?

Eligible rewards can be used with subscriptions. Check your available rewards and the redemption options shown in your account, or contact us if you need a hand.
