Return and Refund policy
The following applies to single purchases and purchases made within a subscription.
If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 10 days of the delivery date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
The easiest way for you to return items is to follow these 3 steps:
1). Pack everything securely. Please include your order number and covering note.
2). State the reason for your return.
3). Send back to us at the following address: McDug Nutrition, Clyde Offices, Second Floor 48 West George St Glasgow G2 1HP We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, its original packaging unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us any images of damaged packaging or defective goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
