Clan McDug Rewards just got better

Good food deserves proper rewards—and Clan McDug Rewards now works better for every member of the Clan.

Whether you order McDug dog food whenever your dug needs it or enjoy the convenience of a regular subscription, you can now collect Woofs and exchange them for money-off rewards on eligible one-off purchases and subscription orders.

It means more flexibility, a simpler customer journey and more opportunities to save on the naturally nutritious food your dug loves.

What has changed?

Previously, using Woofs with a subscription could be more complicated than it should have been. Our rewards programme and subscription service did not always work together smoothly, which meant some of our most loyal customers could collect Woofs but found it difficult to use them.

We have now revised Clan McDug Rewards so that eligible rewards can be used with both:

• One-off McDug purchases

• Regular McDug subscription orders

Subscription customers can continue enjoying the convenience and savings of regular deliveries while also benefiting from the Woofs they collect.

What are Woofs?

Woofs are the Clan McDug Rewards currency. You can collect them through eligible purchases and selected activities, including recommending McDug to friends and celebrating your dug’s birthday.

Once you have collected enough Woofs, you can exchange them for an available money-off reward.

Simply sign in to your McDug account, open the Clan McDug Rewards panel and check your balance. You can then select an available reward and apply the issued code to an eligible one-off purchase or subscription order.

Rewards for subscription customers

Subscriptions make feeding your dug simple. Their food arrives regularly, you benefit from subscription savings and there is one less thing to remember.

Now your Woofs can work alongside your subscription too.

When you exchange your Woofs for a reward, the issued discount code can be used on an eligible upcoming subscription order. This allows our regular subscription customers to enjoy the same rewards programme benefits as customers placing individual orders.

If you ever need help applying a reward to your subscription, please contact us. McDug is an independent business, and we are always happy to provide some proper human assistance.

Keeping your Woofs active

Your Woofs remain active whenever you earn or redeem them.

If there is no Woofs activity on your account for six continuous months, your remaining balance will expire. Earning or redeeming Woofs restarts the six-month activity period.

Don’t worry—we will send you reminders before your Woofs are due to expire, giving you time to earn, redeem and keep your balance active.

Remember to sign in to your McDug account before ordering so that your eligible Woofs are added to the right account.

Share McDug with another dug

Know another dug who could benefit from naturally nutritious dog food made with high-quality ingredients from UK farms we know and trust?

Clan McDug Rewards also lets members recommend McDug to friends. Your friend can receive a welcome reward on their qualifying first purchase, and you can collect Woofs when the referral is successfully completed.

It is our way of thanking you for spreading the McDug word and welcoming another dug into the Clan.

Built around our customers and their dugs

McDug Nutrition is an independent Scottish dog food business. We listen carefully when customers tell us something could work better—and our subscription rewards experience needed improving.

The revised Clan McDug Rewards programme gives customers greater freedom to choose how they order and how they enjoy their rewards. Whether you prefer one-off purchases or regular dog food deliveries, your loyalty to McDug should be recognised.

Join Clan McDug Rewards, collect Woofs and enjoy money-off rewards on the food your dug loves.
